I added the parchment paper it came with, put the food on both levels and steamed for 6 minutes. They came out perfectly cooked. Both levels. I had potstickers on the bottom and soup dumplings on the top. After eating cleaning it out was so easy. The only negative I have to say is that the parchment papers for this did not prevent the food from sticking. So some of my soup dumplings were ruined. I will just be ordering better ones for my next use. But the steamer itself is great!! Very affordable, loved the bamboo smell when cooking, I was able to make a bunch at once with the double layers. Well worth the price.
