Owned since 02/2019.
About 6 mo ago the cord needed to be replaced.
About 3 mo ago the connection on the headset began to fault. Had to wrap the cord over the earpiece to stabilize.
About a month ago the ear cushion fell off... The fabric deteriorated.
Over all, got 4 years out of them through heavy use. Sound was fine. Mic was fine.
I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I was surprised when I opened the package and just found the headsets in bubble wrap rather than in its own packaged box. I didn't realize that I ordered "RENEWED" headsets. I ordered 2 and it's odd because I noticed they both have the same exact scuff mark on the same exact spot. Other than my mistake and the scuff mark, the headsets worked pretty well. The mic quality works a lot better than I expected and the sound quality is pretty decent. My husband just prefers more of a bass feel, but other than that, it works pretty well. My kids are absolutely amazed with the fact that the mic can retract back into the headset when it's not in use and I love how I don't need to worry about them misplacing the mic!
