I recently peeked behind my dryer and noticed that it had become a little crimped, which hampered air flow, which causes a number of potential problems.
THIS... was such a pleasant surprise! There was no fancy wrapping. It was simply wrapped in clear plastic. The build feels very sturdy. There are rings at the ends for the clamps. The clamps themselves have small handles to tighten and loosen them without tools. Whoever thought of that is amazing!!! The handles made the clamps very easy to put on and tighten.
I bought the 3' length, and would absolutely buy this specific brand again. I am so impressed with the quality and the idea of the hand tightening handles. Not needing tools for that is fantastic! Having bashed my knuckles using screw drivers and socket wrenches over the years, it was so nice to just put it on and be done.
I like this so much that I even included the picture, which I almost never do. This was such a great purchase for such a seemingly minor thing.

The ends are tough steel sleeves that fit over dryer vents. I like this design as u just pull the vents over the sleeves and u fasten w/the provided fasteners. Very good design so no holes placed while installing. I believe the hoses will stay in place. It would be easy to remove them to clean them out when filled with dust debris. Sure u could easy do that without worrying that the ends would fray or get punctured.
