Step Party with Functional Training has two workouts in one! A beginner and advance workout. Each workout consists of 3 step segments designed to burn fat and increase energy and 2 functional training segments designed to create lean muscle in the upper, lower, and core muscle groups. Beginner workout is 25 minutes of step and 12 minutes of functional training. Advanced workout is 35 minutes of step and 12 minutes of functional training. Equipment needed: step, medicine ball (4lb.) or 3-5 lb. dumbbells.
About the Director
Katina Hunter has been involved in promoting health and teaching since 1994. She is a certified member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and also is an adv. nurse practitioner in womens health. Ms. Hunter is dedicated to health promotion and prevention through exercise. She has designed this program so that anyone can achieve maximum cardiorespitory benefits along with muscular strength & endurance. This program is filled with lots of exciting new step choreography that is high energy, athletic and danceable. You are guarenteed to have a STEP PARTY!
