The time I had assembling this wagon with instruction being pictures only. This bolt has to go through 10 holes and if they are not perfectly aligned this attempt can drive you easily mad. I had to get a replacement wagon since the first handle was impossible to attach. Some holes were way off and the is no manipulating them. But...all ended well and I find this wagon to be quite sturdy to hold a 3 and 5 year old.

I probably should never have gotten this as my 2 year old wont get out and cries for me to pull her around the yard all day long. She loves it I know. Works good for the money without spending a lot and it pulls fairly easily thru trails in the woods.
Does require some assembly however, which is a pain, espeically when they are crying to ride it right away.

Wrong hardware

Wrong hardware. The front wheels do not fit onto the rods because the rods are wrong. In addition, the wheel spacers for the rear axle are the wrong length but still fit. But they are causing the rear wheels to bind when rolling. Obviously they packed the wrong hardware. But it's very frustrating and reflects poorly on the product. Will be asking for a refund and return.

This is a cute little wagon, but I'm not sure how two toddlers are going to fit inside because it seems on the small side inside. Also, I'm a little concerned about the door latch and little ones getting their fingers pinched, but we will see I haven't put it to the test yet.
Also, ours came with some damage that we discovered after it was almost put together. It has a crack in the plastic on the side, not sure if it is worth taking apart and returning or just living with it and hoping for the best!

I'm in my 70's, and I take care of our grandson several times a week. He's 20 mo. old, and he loves riding around in the wagon. The wagon is designed to pull, but I've found that I can push it from the other end without too many issues. (I like to see where I'm going). When you pull the wagon, the wheels glide very easily, but when you push the wagon you have to be careful that the wheels don't try to go in different directions.

I wish the Step 2 company would design a plastic wagon that has four identical wheels on it. This would enable people to either push or pull the wagon....whatever works best for them. As it is now, there are two wheels on one end that are different from the ones on the other end.

My second granddaughter will be using it shortly when the weather improves. I like the door on this one (first one we purchased did not have a door) which makes it safer and easier to get in and out. Door Latch no longer functioning

Love the wagon except for the door latch. Purchased it in June 2018 and the latch worked fine the first couple of times we used it. After the most recent use, the latch appears to have gotten out of alignment and will no longer close. My brother looked it over and thinks the metal spring mechanism inside the latch is popping out of place. He tried to realign it but it kept malfunctioning. He did manage to get the door closed and I will just leave it closed. Very disappointing.

The wagon can be noisy when pulling over most road surfaces and sidewalks. However the design is great for kids to ride in. Good space and the seat belts help them stay put.
We thought about other wagons with pneumatic wheels. Those will offer the kids a smooth and quiet ride, but none were designed with seats and belts.
