About the Author
Author Melinda Arcara, a.k.a. Gluten-Free Bebe, is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a certified health coach with a focus on incorporating healthy gluten-free living into daily routines.
As the baby of ten children, Melinda or “the Bebe,” as her dad nicknamed her, went through the first forty years of her life with lots of family love and support, but she never felt healthy. Suffering from unexplained symptoms of migraines, stomach pains, anemia, anxiety, weight fluctuations, and joint pain, she was finally diagnosed with a gluten intolerance in 2010.
For Melinda, this diagnosis was as a blessing, not a curse as she learned how to be gluten-free and to finally feel better. After much trial and error and significant expense, she now wants to save you time, money, and energy to getting on a path to better health and to 100 percent gluten-free living for life!

It is a wonderful guide for starting this process. It will be most helpful with many recommendations of what to eat, how to shop, save money and blend it into a family who are not gluten free. A great tool to help relieve stress, get you started with tons of apps and contacts to help you along
the way. The book will pay for itself by using the recommendations. Nancy Smith
The book is all encompassing yet so simple which is what I love about it. Even an avid reader like myself, who prefers to read books for interest and pleasure rather than information can read it quickly and refer back often. It was refreshing to find a book that was brief, informative, concise, allowed room for personal notes, provided recipes, restaurants that are safe and can even fit in my purse. I highly recommend it and would share mine with others if it weren't so handy to keep with me!
