I ordered these boots in the stone leather, size 7. I was so excited when they arrived at my front door and I immediately ripped the package open to try them on! I usually wear a size 7 and debated weather to order a half-size up like everyone else has said to do but I just decided to stick with a 7. I agree that those with wider feet may have a more difficult time getting their foot into these boots however, I found that the boots are pretty true to size and would have been much too big if I had gone a half-size up. I also found that I did not have much, if any, difficulty with getting my heels into either of the boots (and my left foot is slightly bigger than my right)like other reviewers have said. I love the style and look of the boot but I was not in love with the stone leather color. I don't know why it looks more brown in the picture on Amazon....the color is true to it's name - grayish with a slightly distressed design that resembles a stone that's seen it's fair share of being kicked around. The color is cute but I just found that I did not really have much in my wardrobe to match it. Thus, I decided to exchange them for ones in the black leather as I feel that those have the sleeker and more refined look I'm looking for. I'll update the review as soon as I receive the boots in black! All in all, these boots are cute, quality-made, and pretty true to size! Just be aware that it might be a tight fit if you have wider feet!
UPDATE: As a past reviewer has mentioned, the black leather boots seem to be smaller/more difficult to put on. I exchanged the stone leather boots I ordered (which fit perfectly) for the black ones in the same size....and the black ones were the most difficult things to get on! I agree that the zipper does not go down low enough for ANYONE (with small, big, or wide feet)to get their feet in there. I thought about going a half size up but felt that the boot would then be too long for my foot - if I would even be able to get it in there. In addition, the black ones seemed to be made more poorly than the stone leather ones....the leather looked like it was poor quality and just had a cheaper feel than the stone leather boots. All in all, I decided to return both the stone leather and black pairs and have moved on to look for a better pair of boots...perhaps, in an actual store where I can see/feel the quality before purchasing.
