I purchased this table tennis table thinking it was a bit better than those you see in various Sporting Good chains, but with the full understanding that it was not a premium product either.

The product arrived in Florida (shipped from California) in good shape. The product was well packaged.

Assembling the product was easy and shouldn't be a problem for most people. Instructions were clear and illustrations were suitable enough to guide you through the process. Assembly took about an hour. You need at least another person to help however.

My main complaint is that the fasteners used to mount the legs to the base of the table surface are 1/4-inch wood hex screws. These screw into the fiberboard playing surface and offer very little support or mechanical integrity. By the time the screw goes through the metal mounting clips and into the wood, there is only about 1/8-inch of holding surface- totally inappropriate for this application. A simple metal plate with threaded or at least holes for the mounting screws would have been much better and wouldn't have added hardly any cost to the product.

We played on this table for a couple of weeks and already notice that some of the mounting screws are starting to give way.

You get what you paid for, but I would not recommend this product due to its inherently poor mechanical design. The two stars are for the product packaging and playing surface.

This is a great table at a great price. We got it for our boys at Christmas and couldn't be happier with it. I do think I need to point out that I would not consider this a very portable product: it is very heavy and hard to move. In our case, we leave it in the same area all the time, so this is not an issue. I also want people to know that you will need to invest some time putting it together. The company actually has some videos you can watch online to see how certain key steps are done properly. Just go slowly and you will be fine putting it together. You will need about three people to fully assemble this table: it is heavy, and you put together the two halves and then have to bolt them together (while they are moving away from each other because of the wheels). You need a couple people to lift up the halves and hold them while the third person bolts them together. This is only an issue during the assembly; once this is done, it's a very solid table. It's heavy to set up, but it's that same heaviness that gives it a great play surface. If you need to constantly fold it up or move it, this may not be the table for you. If you want a great table that will give you years of play at a great price, and if you don't need to move it much after setting it up, this is hard to beat!

Got this for my husband for Christmas and wish I had paid more for a better quality table. It does not fare well in the garage with the changing humidity. And do NOT lean on it! It cracks easily. Have had it less than a month and am not pleased. But, you get what you pay for. Pay more. It will be worth it for a thicker, better supported table top.

For $200.00 delivered it is a decent table and at the same time for $200.00 including shipping which it was very well packed for shipping the table itself is somewhat weak. To explain that further if your body bangs into the table too hard during a return shot it is possible to harm the supports so just be careful of that and you should be fine

This table sits in the basement, unused. Followed directions exactly and it is not level and is not playable. What a waste of money! Don't bother.

You get what you pay for. Table is functional and we are playing pingpong. However, rather flimsy, playing surfaces are sagging, and labor intensive assembly.

Table quality as expected, easy to put together and is stable enough to play. Not very good for single playback but can be used. For the money couldn't ask for any more and it's still great fun for the family!
