About the Author
The easy, exciting pattern stitches in Loom Knit Stitch Dictionary from Leisure Arts make it fun to expand loom knitting skills. The texture-rich and creative patterns may be used in place of plain stitches in projects such as hats, scarves, bags, afghans, and more. The 60 stitches in this treasury from Kathy Norris are organized in six technique groups: Knit and Purl Stitches, Twisted Stitches, Rib Patterns, Color Patterns, Lace, and Cables.

The pictures are so helpful, which is typically not the case with loom knitting books. In fact, while working a new cable stitch, this was the only source I could find that showed where to drop my working yarn at a certain point in the pattern. The stitch was shown on many blogs and YouTube channels, but only the pictures in here were useful enough that I could comfortably continue on with my project.
This book is really not appropriate for someone who is new to loom knitting. If you're just starting out, save your money and learn online. There are countless beginner tutorials that are free and of excellent quality. A basic Google search will give you everything you need to get started and into the intermediate projects. In contrast, this is the only book I've seen that I'd say is appropriate for an experienced loom knitter. Once you have the basics (knit, purl, slip, etc), this dictionary will allow you to personalize your projects in many different ways.
It's a great little resource. But wouldn't get it if you know nothing about loom knitting, it might be confusing to the novice.
but there are some stitches that are easy, if you know how to knit and purl, you will love this little book.
