The story develops from there. It is an easy read. I read it in one sitting. While I didn't love this book, it was very interesting. especially the witch lore and spell casting and I loved that Fiona, the wise woman of Cougerville plays a part in this book, as well.
These books all have a similar story line. And at the end of this, we find the subject of the next book.
the end had a small cliffhanger, which I didn't like.
Finally, If you're a fan of Ms. Anderson you will like this book.
Whether read on its own or as part of the series, Stone Cold Fox is a great shifter romance and will keep you enthralled from page 1. Don't miss it!
Better yet...READ 'EM ALL!!!
Overall these types of books don't appeal to me. There are a few I've enjoyed, but I'm not a fan of cutesy romances (even if I do think foxes are adorable).
No interest in reading anything by this author again.
Even though this is the third novel in the series it could easily be read as a stand alone but I challenge you to read only one. Characters from previous two novels make appearances in this novel. So once you read this one, you will want to read the others as well.
