Each one of These guys are falling in love with Maeve. In the meantime, there is a twist and she finds out established in her naming day. Then she sets off to.defeat an Evil Magi once she figures out what she is.
Can Maeve best this evil? What will it mean for the guys? So much happens, but it would not be fair to you if I told you. You have to read this book. It has action, slow burn scenes, betrayal and magic.

Dragon shifters are officially my new favorite thing and the way Marie has written this truly amazing story is beyond fantastic. Maeve and her men are beautifully written and delivered to you, along with a magical world filled with fun and laughter as well as some heartache and tragedy. All of which is perfectly balanced.
Marie left me craving more, which is an amazing thing! Each character has little quirks that you fall for and even the ones I didn't think I would care for (yes, I had favorites before I dove into the work) managed to wiggle into the category they were excluded from. Characters that I would consider minor, being that they aren't front runners, are given the same beautiful writing as the main characters.
I can't wait to see what is in store for Maeve and her men in the next book. I am completely enthralled by this world and I am waiting with baited breathe to return!

Wanted to give a chance, but the editing grated
Why 2 then? Because 1 would be unfair given that not much was read
i mean, it wasn't bad. it entertained me for a while and i quite liked the storyline, though i didn't really think of it as RH so much. i mean, i'm guessing that each book in the series swaps between Maeve and a different guy's POV, and this book had Trystan's POV, but for that reason it didn't feel much like RH. she only had sex with one guy throughout the entire book. still, for a free kindle book, it was pretty good. the characters were entertaining enough and i quite liked a few of them, and the plot was reasonably original.
thanks to the author and amazon kindle for the free book!
I was lucky enough to get an ARC of this book and I devoured it in about 6 hours.
The main character (Maeve) is a princess of a kingdom which doesn't allow magic. The reasons for this are explained early on. The princess has magic but she can't use it. Bad things happen and she is taken to safety by 4 dragons. Then the fun begins.
An awesome princess and 4 sexy dragons (did not expect to say that ever but there you go) make up the main 5 and I loved learning about all the dragons. It did feel a little like there was a focus on only two of them, but as this is the first in a series, I hope that there is some serious down and dirty time with the others in future books.
The world these characters inhabit is well thought out and the magic and creatures were, well, cool. I can't say much more without spoilers so I will conclude by saying that I LOVED THIS BOOK and I can't wait until October. New Favourite author methinks.
The characters are believable, strong and charismatic.
If you like reverse harem novels, you’ll enjoy Stone and Fire. Dragons, curses, magical beings, sexy guys are all included.
