It's a bit generous to call this a book. It's hard to judge a kindle book but I'd estimate this is no more than 20 or 25 pages. There is also a lot of white space on each page so this is more like a long magazine article.

The advice is probably what you have seen everywhere else about making lists and goals and being conscious of how you spend your day.

This book was not what I expected. It was just surface material and not really as helpful as I wanted it to be.

When a book is short and to the point, it starts a trend of activity that seems less daunting. By prioritizing a few goals, you feel more capable of getting them done and this starts the trend of activity. I'm seeing now how a previously busy, hard working person can slowly acquire a habit and condition of laziness. This book and a couple others are helping me create the best plan for being purposeful again and getting rid of the excuses and lack luster daze that I have found myself in. Motion creates forward momentum that can be one's own intrinsic reward.
