Either way their books tend to carry a ton of health facts and the like. Problem with a book like that is that these days most smokers know all those facts. We have heard them a million times and reading them will not scare us into quitting.
The Refreshing thing about this book is that it is written by two authors, one who has never smoked and one who is trying to quit smoking as they wrote.
The first chapter shows just how different the book is by going over the very real reasons why we smoke. Not death counts of lung cancer patients or the number of house fires.
It's written in a way that you can relate too and often had me laughing. Some of their tips I have heard before but they offer up so many ideas and witty commentary that I really enjoyed reading it and have found myself using several tips of theirs. I have cut down from being a pack a day smoker to about 5 cigs a day. Hopefully with their help I'll be able to drop it completely.
It's well thought out and with us as individuals in mind. I would definantly recommend this to everyone trying to quit and those around them that are trying to understand the lure and difficulty of quitting smoking.
