Why is the item measured longer/shorter than displayed?

As the product is handmade, the dimensions may vary within 1/4 inch.

My item has loose ends sticking out. What should I do?

Imperfections are traces of human touch and do not affect the quality of the product. If you find loose ends hiding inside or poking out of the basket, just cut them off with scissors.

I found scraps of paper in my basket. Does that mean the item is defective?

No. Frictions in weaving and shipping all create paper scraps. Shake the item slightly upon receipt, then gently wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

The basket smells. How to deodorize it?

Our products contain no hazardous chemicals and emit zero formaldehyde. It's the smell of paper pulp. If you find it unpleasant, you can air the item out in the sun for a few hours.
