I am taking an MLIS Graduate program and took a Library Marketing course that used this book. So far it has been the most valuable class for me, and I learned a great deal, from marketing products and services, to creating marketing plans, to writing grants. All of it was based on this book, and it was simply invaluable. Libraries will need creative funding in the future and this is a great start!

This book was required by my college professor, and I enjoyed reading it. It is very easy to read and very enjoyable as well. Excellent examples, and well laid out material. The course was very good as well. If you want a good introductory book about marketing services for a Nonprofit Organization then consider this one.
