Well I was a bit scptical about this,but due to me having an old laptop for work with my business. I did not think that it would make a huge difference but expected a little bit. Ultimately, I was fabergasted at the stunning video form my zoom conference calls and basic training webinars.

Pros:
Device hook-up (plug and play( 👍👍)
Device has three light settings supper cool.
Device has log wire so it can be attached by cpu, laptop or tripod
It can be hooked to tripods 🤫🧐🤩
Mic is supper clear and all my clients love me for the upgrade lol.

Cons:
The base that rest the device on the laptop screen is a little less secured then I would like, but it has never fallen. Even when moving around, mounting to Tv monitors and so on. This leads me to another pro that I mussed. The mount is adjustable to fit different sizes.

So I guess you can say no cons lol.

Would buy again 100% and would greatly recommend it.

While most laptops come with a standard webcam, having a cam that doesn't make me look all washed out with odd dark shadows means that the many (many, many) video conferences I do makes me a lot happier. The camera took a little bit to get recognized but honestly that only took about 2 minutes total. The quality of the images is noticeably better than what I am used to. It's easy to adjust so that it sits at the right angel. Turning on the light (there are 3 light levels) is just a tap away. One of the images is of kids 3 holding the camera against his eyes and the other is made with my phone of the camera on top of my laptop. It has a hole on the mount for a tripod and there are a whole bunch of extra things it can do (replace background?) if you want to make videos for youtube or tik tok or whatever the kids these days are doing, but for me, the better quality and light mean happier times with the video conferencing.

I am not going to upload images like others do of the camera, because I know that what is really interesting is not to see the camera but to see the quality that is offered, so I made a proof of how good the camera is with its lighting, In the images that I have uploaded, you can see the excellent quality that it offers in a closed and dark room only using the lighting that the camera offers, if this is done only with that light, in natural light or from a light bulb you can already imagine it.

I recommend it 100% very good price for product quality.

NOTE:
*I only tested the image quality no audio test was doing in the process.

* In the pic we see 3 levels of ligths from the camera.

*The camera max quality is 1920x1080p 30fps

I purchased this camera as well as the Jiffy Full HD webcam. Both products seem to be the same--the same electronics and optics mounted into two different bodies. This one, however, has the ring light, which I don't use currently, but I can foresee the potential for its usefulness. I have found the autofocus to be slower than desired--especially when I walk out of the camera frame and back into it. So i purchased the twice-as-expensive Logitech C920 Pro, assuming it would be much better. However, as it turns out, the optics in the Logitech were atrocious, and the autofocus was just as slow. I returned that piece of garbage and stuck with this no-nome camera. The only thing I really appreciated about the Logitech webcam was that the camera "head" had a tilt feature to fine tune the angle of the camera to your face. All in all, I don't think you'll find a better webcam on Amazon.ca for under $100. NOTE: I used ChromaKey (a.k.a., "green screen") for my job, and this camera made all the difference in the quality and "believability" of the effect.

Good camera. The STEREO mic picks up everything, so its better if you have some audio controls or a virtual mixer.

The light is NOT automatic, which would have been awesome, but the 3-position touch is GREAT. Good light, not too bright on the eyes while on cam. The cam has good aspect ratio, good 1080p quality for a 100-buck. Also, nice long cable, and has some tape to secure it, if you want.

This camera repalaced the one built into an old (6 yr) Mac monitor. The picture quality is much better and installation on Mac OS-X 10.13 was simple plug-and-play.
I selected this camera because of the ring light, as the overhead light above my desktop computer gives very unflattering light. The ring light is an improvement, but it is bright enough to be unpleasant to look into when looking directly into the camera. It has three brightness settings, but only the brightest is really effective. The basic message is that the ring light should not really influence your purchasing decision.
I am happy with the picture quality an the microphone seems good.

It's a great webcam. It has a manual (unusual these days!) that explains in detail how to set it up for use with OBS. Perhaps TOO much detail - it makes it sound unnecessarily difficult. Really, if you have Windows 10 then the Camera app will work just fine with it. With Windows 7 you need some kind of software if you want to adjust any settings. Unlike Logitech, it doesn't come with its own program.
I'm so happy I was introduced to OBS, because it is SO powerful, and it's open-source. There are countless videos out there describing how to use it for streaming or recording.
