Review

This book comes highly recommended by Saints and Sinners Books and if you're looking for a taste of something wonderful then you should probably pick this book series up STATSaints and Sinners Books

This is a must read series for any romance lover. The author has carved out her own niche in the MC genre and each book just keeps getting better and better. Daydream Believer Book Blog

Strength From Loyalty is hands down, my favorite book in the Lost Kings MC series! This book was so well written and the characters are so very well developed. While the romance takes center stage and is prevalent, the MC is still a huge part of the story and the men are true bikers. Sammy's Book Obsession

The Lost King's MC captured my heart from the beginning. Ramblings from Beneath the Sheets

"5 stars for an incredibly well written book, and if you don't know by now I'm a stingy bitch when it comes to giving out 5's but she deserves it!" -Swoon Worthy Books

I FLVED this book most of all. iScream Books

Rock and Hope. This is one hot couple. This third book takes us through all of the things that a couple who come from different worlds have to explore in order to keep the love real and to keep the love strong. Rock loves hope madly, and he sees things like a tough biker Prez should - she's his and he can take care of her every want. Hope loves Rock passionately, but she's still adjusting to his world while dealing with the fact that her love for him is hotter, deeper and stronger than she ever loved her late husband. In addition to this she has a secret that torments her and frustrates Rock because she can't seem to confide in him. Is their love strong enough to withstand their differences and misunderstandings? Well, I stayed up all night reading this because I had to find out! I'm totally invested in this series and I could read about these two forever. Love and need are explored so well in this story as Rock discovers that love is a lot more complicated than running a MC while Hope discovers that everything she needs to be happy, she has already found in Rock. The white noise of the culture of the MC, her acceptance by the other members of the club, the dynamics of family and friends fade to black for Hope when she realizes nothing else matters but Rock. She needs him and he needs her (sigh). What a love story! I hope that Ms. Lake will write more about these two. Well, next up is Wrath and Trinity - can't wait!

If you've read the first two books, there are no spoilers but if you're reading this review, having not read the first two books, there will be mild spoilers here. 3.5/5 stars

When I first started reading the Lost Kings series, I fell in love with it. The second book was just as good as the first, if not better. Now, when I read a series, I expect a few things. First and foremost, I expect to see character development. The characters should evolve and grow into the man/woman they desired to be. With Rock, I'd say he grew as a person. Not by leaps and bounds, but he grew. Hope, on the other hand, was completely stagnant. She is still the same shy, sensitive, crying thirty-one year old "little girl" she was in book one. I was thoroughly disappointed by that. Now I read the author's notes at the end of the book that said she would never evolve into a badass biker chick, because that's not who she was and I thought that instead of giving that bit of information at the end of a book, it should have been a disclaimer. Let the readers know ahead of time so we don't expect something that will never happen.

There was no development. She still ran when times got tough instead of taking a minute to think about what's happening and making herself clear as well as letting Rock explain himself. It wouldn't be until she was alone that she thought about her actions and, as usual, feel too ashamed and too humiliated to call Rock and apologize. I'm trying to understand the purpose of the third book other than the two things that took place that I won't spoil.

Don't you just love it when you discover a new author or series that you just cannot get enough of? That's how I feel about Autumn Jones Lake and the Lost Kings MC! Strength from Loyalty is the third book in the series, and I truly cannot get enough. This series is a unique MC ROMANCE with its complex characters and true romance. Although there is a plethora of hot biker dudes and action to keep you entertained, it is the love between Rock and Hope that keeps me coming back for more! Book 1-3 must be read in chronological order.

At the conclusion of Corrupting Cinderella, it seemed as though Hope and Rock would finally be able to make things work. They have been through plenty of drama, angst, and pain, and now Rock is ready for Hope to take her place as his "old lady". Hope has finally arrived emotionally and is ready for the task. With the support of the LOKI family, Rock is ready to expose Hope to the MC life. Their relationship continues to strengthen both physically and emotionally.

As with most relationships, the road is not easy. Hope still harbors guilt from the demons of her past. Rock is still trying to protect Hope from the not so legal "club business". This lethal combination forms a serious rift between the two. They must learn to overcome their fears and past mistakes to find peace in their present and hope for their future.

Told in dual POV, Strength from Loyalty is my favorite in the series thus far. (Don't worry, I have the fourth book on my Kindle ready to go.) Although the action is a bit on the lighter side (compared to most MC Romance books in the genre), I find that I have enjoyed the intensity and focus placed on the journey between two very unlikely people coming together.

Wow! This series just keeps getting better and better. The good the bad and the ugly in love come together for 2 people from polar opposites. Their story continues to develop and all the complexities that face relationships get magnified by 1,000, when you add the outlaw world versus law. What a well deserved ride!
