Some of my favorite chapters are "8 really good reasons to hire a virtual assistant." Ms. Costanzo writes it with such clarity and wit, it makes it real clear how easy and beneficial it should be to delegate.
The chapter on "Job Stress" by Ms. Accad included some very easy action steps. Who doesn't have stress at work?? The tips in this chapter can help anyone to have a better day at work.
Some advice seems so simple, such as "Change the Channel", and "Breathing is Essential", and "Change in Perception", but we all seem to overlook the easy ones when stress hits. The information in these chapters are easy reminders of how simple we can make it.
The "Get up and Move" chapter can help anyone find a good reason to add exercise to their life by partnering with a worthy cause. And on the topic of worthy causes, if you order the book through the publishers website, the publisher and primary author, Sumner M. Davenport, share profits with your choice of charity. I bought gifts for all my friends, so I could also get a donation to my favorite charity for breast cancer research.
