From the Back Cover
Stress is a constant in our lives - such a constant that we actually don't realize we are under stress, we think it's "just part of life."
Health surveys report that over 70% of people feel stress everyday. Some stress is helpful, but most stress is destructive; it can age you and it can kill you. The focus of this book is STRESSOUT, not Stressed Out. Stressed-out is a condition you may be experiencing; Stress Out is a solution, a command to tell stress who's the boss. This book provides quick tips, recommendations and techniques that you can use to reduce, release and/or manage your stress.
Author and Publisher, Sumner M. Davenport's deepest passion is seeing people live the life of their dreams while assisting others to do the same. In this special book she brings together advice from experts in their fields; plus stories and testimonials from individuals interviewed during her extensive search for easy solutions that help to show stress who's the boss.
"This book empowers the reader to take responsibility and take charge of their unconscious and habitual reactions. A must for all my clients." ~Paula Traverse
"Whether your stress has been around for a long time, or it is something new in your life, there is something in this book that will help." ~ Carla Taylor, Teacher
"It's not stress that kills us, it's how we react to it. This book is a must have for anyone needing better reactions to their stress."~ Dan Minor, Entrepreneur

Some of my favorite chapters are "8 really good reasons to hire a virtual assistant." Ms. Costanzo writes it with such clarity and wit, it makes it real clear how easy and beneficial it should be to delegate.
The chapter on "Job Stress" by Ms. Accad included some very easy action steps. Who doesn't have stress at work?? The tips in this chapter can help anyone to have a better day at work.
Some advice seems so simple, such as "Change the Channel", and "Breathing is Essential", and "Change in Perception", but we all seem to overlook the easy ones when stress hits. The information in these chapters are easy reminders of how simple we can make it.
The "Get up and Move" chapter can help anyone find a good reason to add exercise to their life by partnering with a worthy cause. And on the topic of worthy causes, if you order the book through the publishers website, the publisher and primary author, Sumner M. Davenport, share profits with your choice of charity. I bought gifts for all my friends, so I could also get a donation to my favorite charity for breast cancer research.
So the charity, my friends and me all have a little less stress because of this book.
