This is a good book on stress management. It starts with an interesting discussion about the nature of stress- its causes, signs, etc. What I like about this book is that it helps the reader to understand the symptoms of stress, pinpointing the situations that are causing stress and provides helpful tips on how to combat it. I especially like the organization and decluttering tips and the six mental refreshers where ways were given to direct oneself away from an unhelpful line of thought.

Whatever aspect of life that causes you stress- be it work, finances, family, relationships, this book can help you reduce stress and anxiety. The advice and methods laid out in this book for dealing with stress are very actionable and sensible.

Live a worry-free life. Read this book.

I absolutely love this book. I needed to read something like this. Clear, concise and inspiring. This is the second book I read from the author. The first one was about decluttering, and I liked it very much, but this one is even better. I can't wait to read more books by Michelle Stewart.

Changing your focus on how you perceive life can really make a difference, and this is probably one of the best, simplest books available for reducing stress and anxiety in our everyday lives. It's definitely my go-to stress book. Recommended.

We all need to take the time to look at our lives and reduce stress in areas of work, home life, finances, etc. This book gives a really comprehensive look at the areas of stress that impact most people, and gives you actionable ideas to reduce the clutter, worry and stress in your life. There are great resources and tips that I can start using right away, and I love the author's perspective. Definitely recommend this book.

For me, stress reduction comes in the form of keeping my schedule as free as possible and decluttering my life to the point of minimalism. These two things, along with some other tiemly strategies, have made my life as stress-free as possible. However, we cannot escape the trappings of stress altogether, as this book so eloquently points out. The book also includes many strategies for identifying, and dealing with, stress in our everyday lives.

It's a quick read, which speaks to a storytelling tone that the author takes to illustrate several examples. This is a book for anybody who knows that life can pressure and push from so many different angles, and is looking for some coping mechanisms and strategies to help make life more enjoyable on many subtle levels.

This book is a nice introduction to the sources of stress in our lives and includes some techniques to help counteract this stress. It is a short read and can be divested in one sitting. I would recommend it to anyone experiencing symptoms of stress in their lives...especially considering the fact that it is a free e-book.

This short book mostly reminded of the things I inherently know, but forget when I am stressed. It is no nonsense, to the point and would be a great 're-read any time one realizes she has bitten off more than she can chew!
