A friend gave me his book in the 80s and then when it came out on tape I got it and now the DVD (which is the same as the tape). One thing I like about it is that he is an old hippy and has an old hippy attitude.There is a point in the daily session where he tells you to put your left foot on the outside of your right knee, but the video clearly has him putting his right foot on the outside of his left knee. They just left it in that way and I guess expected you to figure it out. Ah California.
I can't recommend this highly enough.
Bob does seem slightly awkward in front of the camera, and stammers a few times during the first ten minutes of the DVD, but then he seems to get comfortable, and the rest of the information is easy to follow.
If I were asked to recommend a good, basic stretching DVD, or a great warm up for dance or athletics, this would be it. Bob's information has withheld the test of time, and remains relevant, sane, safe, and useful.

The presenter is a bit dull but then again stretching doesn't call for high energy enthusiasm
It is a great Dvd we use it every day.
Again, this is a great place to start getting limber.
