Pros:
- Contains the power of nature. The combination olive oil, jojoba oil and evening primrose extracts is a combo that seems to actual soothe the skin and lock in moisture
- Smells traditionally creamy, kind of like talcolm powder
- It feels really thick and silky. It doesn't feel like a cleanser, more like a moisturiser, but you just run the cream into the face in circular motions and rub it over makeup to break and spread the makeup aorund (before washing off the residue)
- Removes makeup effectively but when using it to get eye makeup off I have to use eye makeup remover water afterwards as this cleanser does sting my eyes slightly if it's left thickly over the eyelids
- Makes skin feel soft and tight
- Seems to be easing and cooling dry areas down
Cons:
- Doesn't feel like a cleanser, doesn't seem to really deep cleanse and unclog pores like you'd expect
- No obvious plumping of wrinkles after 2 weeks but time will tell
So all in all, in terms of being good for sensitive skin, yes it is but don't get too much in your eyes! It is super moisturising but doesn't cleanse very deeply, so I use it as an addition to my normal routine: cleanse, wash, tone and moisturise. It seems to work well when used like this, and hasn't caused any breakouts so far. I'd recommend it for people who want a gentler cleansing or have dry skin that needs rescuing.
