Sage Remington knows something is missing in his life. He just doesn’t know what it is. Seeking an escape from New York City and the perpetual feeling of being lost, he joins a group providing humanitarian aid to a remote, impoverished village in Belize. Sage stumbles upon the very thing to give him hope – love.
Kate Parello knows better than to put any faith in the volunteers that show up at the village several times a year. They are rich, spoiled and never interested in the charitable work they’ve signed up to do. A few photo ops with a smiling kid, holding a paint brush just long enough for the flash to go off and pretending they care is about all she will get out of them. So when a rich and famous artist steps off the bus she knows better than to get involved with him. Only he is different than the rest, no matter what she tells herself and when he puts his heart into bettering the lives of the villagers, he opens a piece of Kate’s heart as well.
The chemistry between them is undeniable. The romance develops quickly as their time together in Belize is rather short but it somehow seems perfectly paced and not so much instant infatuation as something believable and real.
**CONTENT WARNING: Due to mature content, recommended for readers aged 18+**
The entire Love in Bloom series is romance quite obviously, but there are also a lot of deep emotions and issues each character has to face in their book. They were not quite the light "feel good" read I was hoping for, but now I am roped in. I have read the fist book of each set (free downloads) and really want to read the rest. The Snow Sisters set, is obviously about the Snow sisters, three sisters Danica, Kaylie, and Lacy, three books. The Bradens set, as before, is about the Braden family. There are 5 brothers Treat, Rex, Josh, Dane, Hugh and sister Savannah and they each get their own books. After, Hearts at Play, which is Huge's books, the series keeps going on with more Bradens that I have yet to meet in the two I have read.
My warnings for the series seem pretty basic. Lots of graphic sex, some language, there is not really any action or adventure, mostly it is the "emotional conflict" that keeps the plot moving and the pages turning. I am not a huge fan of the characters physical descriptions, I can't really picture them. However, their personalities are great. They are well developed and distinguishing. Also, overall there were no huge typos or grammatical errors that stood out to me in the two books that I read.
Here is what I have on the Series:
Love in Bloom::
The Snow Sisters:
Sisters in Love (Danica)
Sisters in Bloom (Kaylie)
Sisters in White (Danica, Kaylie & Lacy)
Lovers at Heart (Treat)
Destined for Love (Rex)
Friendship on Fire (Josh)
Sea of Love (Dane)
Bursting with Love (Savannah)
Hearts at Play (Hugh)
Taken by Love (Luke)
Fated for Love (Wes)
Romancing my Love (Pierce)
Flirting With Love (Ross)
Dreaming of Love
Crashing into Love
As I mentioned before, both "Sisters in Love" and "Lovers at Heart" are currently free downloads for Kindle on Amazon. Lovers at Heart ,

Thanks & Happy Reading!
Kate Paletto was one of the lead volunteers for AIA. She’d been in Punta Palacia in Belize for two years now working to get a well in the small community. In order to do that though it took money which meant that she constantly had to deal with snooty actors and actresses. The majority of which were only there to help their image, they cared nothing at all about helping anyone but themselves. When she first caught sight of Sage, he was checking her out from head to toe and thought right then and there he was just like all the rest. It didn’t take her long to realize that he was the complete opposite of what she originally thought. His ideas were good, maybe too good…
Sage is the one Remington that I most wanted to like because he’s an artist. Who doesn’t love it when a man is incredibly talented whether it be with art or music. Unfortunately this was my least favorite book of the entire Love in Bloom series. There were so many boring parts that I found myself falling asleep while reading last night at 7:30! This coming from someone who rarely falls asleep while reading a good book must tell you something. There were certain parts of the books that were entertaining (hence the three stars and not two) and I absolutely LOVED the children but neither Sage nor Kate did anything for me. I found them both pretty boring the majority of the time.
This book can read as a standalone book but it in fact the eleventh book in the Love in Bloom series. Please don’t let my 3 star review deter you from reading the series because the series is great and I will continue to read the remaining books that are to come starting with Flames of Love which I started this afternoon on my lunch break. It features hot sexy firemen and Sienna Remington. So far…. It’s fantastic!
