Initially, we used this stroller as a snap n go. With the ability to accommodate two carseats at once it was the perfect vehicle for getting around. The actual double snap n go is long and difficult to push (I tried) but this pushed like a dream and was quite the show stopper due to the stadium like seating that the carseats and adapters create.
Once the babies were a few months old we transitioned to the regular seats. I love that the seats individually snap in and out of the frame and have the ability to be rear or forward facing. I love to look at my little ones while we walk, but I know that as they grow older they will not want to look at me anymore, but will want to look out at the world. I love that the option exists for both. This aspect also makes the stroller ideal for two small children of different ages. The younger child can face the parent and the older child can face out. Again, this is possible due to two independent seats that can snap into and out of the frame in either orientation.
More about the seats - the seatbacks are sturdy and each seat can go from a fully reclined position (perfect for infants and for napping) to fully upright and all positions in between.
I mentioned earlier about the push of the stroller. We live in a rocky, hilly area with lots of bumpy roads. This stroller has done really well on those terrains.Read more ›
Narrow for a double- I think only Mountain Buggy Duet is narrower
Reversible seats!!- I had no idea how important this would become when you have more than one child. You basically have to take advantage of any "face time" you have because your other children (and the other twin) always need something, so you won't really be staring into your newborn's face for hours like you did with your first.
Great steering and easy push, so far I have done fine over bumpy grassy areas by locking the front wheels
Easy to fold, but only with seats facing forward or off
Easy to take seats on and off to fold or reverse
Flat recline is awesome. You can add head support for a newborn, but my twins did not need it at 3 months. You can stay out for hours with your babies, and change diapers in there if needed. Also, you can uncover the back for airflow in hot weather.
Magnetic mesh peekaboo window in canopy- provides airflow and no noise to wake baby up when you want to check in on them
Even though the adapters are expensive, it does take two car seats. This is very difficult to find in a side by side stroller. I finally bit the bullet and ordered them. Will update after using them...UPDATE- hated the adapters, hard to remove and our car seats were to upright (b-safe)
Mosquito nets included- great to spend time outside in the summer without fanning the bugs off, keep in mind the gnats etc.Read more ›
The only negative thing I have to say is the basket on the bottom hits the wheels and slows it down and puts holes in the fabric if you put too much in there. We don't have a car and we use the stroller to get groceries practically every day, so I have to be careful loading it up.
I would recommend this stroller to ANYONE with twins or even parents with two young kids! Enjoy!
