Strong Enough is a distinct, personal departure from most of books on this subject as the author Anne Grady, welcomes you to take a journey with her. A journey of the ups, the downs, the impossible challenges and those moments that would make us all question if we have the strength to keep moving forward. Anne's firsthand account of how she's learned how to rise above life's challenging circumstances to find and experience not only personal and professional happiness but inner peace is very inspiring.
This book is a must read for anyone who has ever found themselves up against "it" and questioned whether they have the strength to continue. The answer is a resounding yes...you are Strong Enough damn it. This book will reaffirm that.
Thank you Anne Grady for writing it!
She also tells moving stories from her life so that you can see courage in action (like when your job requires you to stand in front of people to speak and you experience facial paralysis from a medical issue). <---- That story is pretty amazing, yet I'll keep it to this short comment for the review so that there's no spoiler alert required. She gives examples, big and small. She makes "courage" real and relatable. And I think anyone who reads it will feel more resilient for having read the book and practiced the mental shifts inside. I just bought several copies for my clients.
