It invites and inspires every Christian to action, using Bible story telling, to reach people, neighborhoods and nations. The model helps people in groups to discover, for themselves, by dialogue, vital truths & principles for active Christian living.
The book is an ideal tool, with its practical questions and assignments, for use in churches, to equip every member in engaging in mission and start new cells with unbelievers. I heartily recommend its use, it will change reader and his/her neighborhood for Christ
Stubborn Perseverance is a very enjoyable and edifying book, a fictionalized account of actual events, adapted to protect those portrayed in the book. It offers a realistic depiction of the ups and downs of Jesus’ followers serving among an Asian unreached people group. These believers, by God's grace and through faithful obedience, lay the foundations for a church planting movement among that group.
It is both a readable story and a useful training tool, taking the principles of CPM (Church Planting Movements) and portraying vividly their implementation in the lives of ordinary Indonesians.
