Excellent item and very useful for dieters. I can see how much I have eaten and how many calories I have taken in for each meal, and how many I have left that day. I have stuck to a 1500 calorie a day diet as I can record breakfast, lunch and dinner and eat accordingly....

I have stuck to a 1500 calorie a day diet as I can record breakfast, lunch and dinner and eat accordingly. Keeping a record has helped me lose over a stone in six weeks without any exercise, something I never thought I could ever do. You will have to keep track of the calories in each food item though, but there are many sources on the internet for this and most foods list the calories per weight so it really not that difficult.
