First used Joe's Stuff when I brought it back from New Orleans when we took a cooking class at The Louisiana General Store and it was used in their recipes. Ran out of it and was pleased that I could get it on Amazon. It has a wonderful taste, the original is spicy but not hot. There is a hotter version available but the original pleases the whole family.
