Polished stainless steel round case with triple step design bezel Protective Krysterna crystal on front and back Silver skeleton dial with Black Roman numerals Black alligator embossed genuine leather strap with stainless steel buckle Water-resistant to 165 feet (50 M)
With a sensually revealing dial face, the Stuhrling Original Men's 1077.33151 Classic Delphi Venezia Automatic Skeleton Black Watch takes class to a new level. This refined timepiece begins with a round 44mm stainless steel case with a fixed triple step-design bezel, exhibition case back and a textured crown. These elements surround a textured silver skeleton dial, which is protected by a synthetic sapphire crystal and features luminous dot and black Roman numeral hour markers and thin luminous hands powered by automatic self-wind movement. A black alligator-embossed leather band straps this watch to the wrist, while a reliable buckle clasp ensures its secure placement. Finally, this watch boasts water resistance up to 165 feet (50 meters). For a look that is sure to turn heads in the boardroom, turn to this Stuhrling Original.
Krysterna is proprietary to Stührling Original and refers to the crystals that are used in its timepieces. Krysterna stems from the eyewear industry and has more strength over a spread surface area than sapphire. Krysterna crystals are more scratch resistant than mineral crystals and more shatter resistant than sapphire crystals.
The Delphi Family belongs to the Classic Collection, and they include timepieces that feature mechanical and automatic movements. Many of them also utilize an exquisite triple step design bezel.
Summary of Features
• Movement: Manual/Self-Winding Automatic Movement
Automatic watches do not operate on batteries. Automatic watches are made up of about 130 or more parts that work together to tell time. Automatic movements mark the passage of time by a series of gear mechanisms, and are wound by the movement of your wrist as you wear it. The gear train then transmits the power to the escapement, which distributes the impulses, turning the balance wheel. The balance wheel is the time regulating organ of a mechanical watch, which vibrates on a spiral hairspring. Lengthening or shortening the balance spring makes the balance wheel go faster or slower to advance or retard the watch. The travel of the balance wheel from one extreme to the other and back again is called oscillation. Lastly, automatic movements come in different types, including movements that are Swiss-made, Japanese-made, and more.
Also referred to as self-winding, watches with automatic movements utilize kinetic energy, the swinging of your arm, to provide energy to an oscillating rotor to keep the watch ticking. They're considered more satisfying to watch collectors (horologists) because of the engineering artistry that goes into the hundreds of parts that make up the movement. If you do not wear an automatic watch consistently (for about 8 to 12 hours a day), you can keep the watch powered with a watch winder (a great gift for collectors).
• Complications: Classic Three Hand Movement
• Dial: Hydraulically Stamped Guilloche Pattern on Skeletonized Dial
• Hands: Spade-Style Hands with Luminous Tips

Top Customer Reviews
Three months ago, I bought this watch (but the model with the black face).
What I like: Sturhling makes attractive watches for a reasonable price. I received several compliments on the watch and when I do searches for watches, I find myself drawn to the Sturhling styling - they seem to have some of the most creative designs. Their packaging is attractive.
What I do not like: As others have noted on reviews of Sturhling watches, the watch kept OK time for a couple of months (not great - within a few minutes each couple of days). The self-winding mechanism is not enough to keep this watch wound. I would wear the watch for 15 hours each day and the watch would completely wind down. To stay running, it must be wound manually each day (minor inconvenience). Recently, the watch has been keeping erratic time - I have seen it lose as much as 10 minutes within a couple of hours. Sometimes it will gain 3 minutes within a couple of hours. I need the watch to keep time during meetings - I have to reset the watch prior to every meeting to make sure I'm close. As mentioned, to get the watch serviced under warranty, Sturhling requires you to pay shipping +$20. I have not done this option yet as this is ~20% of the purchase price - and I'm not sure about the results I will get as the time discrepancies are not consistent.
As a point of reference, I have owned mechanical watches (wind-up, not self-winding) that have kept time within a couple of minutes over a week, so I know it is possible to create watches with consistent performance at a reasonable price.
As for the watch itself, It looks super snazzy and very classy. It is an automatic wind which means that I should never have to change the battery which in theory is very nice. the body is a bit thick but you need room for all the gears which you can see on the inside which is really neat. I love the contrasting blue hands and the see through back where you can see the self-winding mechanism which is powered by your regular motion throughout the day.
The band out of the box is a bit stiff but that got worn in in a day. The band is nice matte leather with a design and it's also fairly thick which gives it some extra character.
I hope this was helpful. although I received this at a discount for review, this is my honest and unbiased review.
Had another model before this one, fell off my hand and the glass fully shattered instantly, so thats 2 out of 2 worthless and useless... Will never use this brand again.
I use it daily mainly because it's a nice watch, big display. But the time is simply not not accurate
