USDA Organic
products are grown and processed according to standards addressing soil and water quality, among other factors.
USDA Organic products must be produced using farming practices that maintain and improve soil and water quality, minimize the use of synthetic materials, conserve biodiversity, and avoid genetic engineering, among other factors. Crops can be certified organic if they’re grown without prohibited substances such as most synthetic fertilizers and pesticides for three years prior to harvest. Products that contain a minimum of 95 percent organic ingredients and use the USDA Organic seal are part of Climate Pledge Friendly.

This organic offering is incredibly versatile, roasted to perform well through a variety of brew methods. From its inception, we built this blend to produce a dynamic and organic espresso option.
Holler Mountain features certified organic coffees from Central and South America, East Africa, and Indonesia. As with all of our coffees, the producers who contribute to this blend devote careful attention to cultivation, picking, and processing. We rotate peak condition components to maintain an elegant and consistent profile.
Holler Mountain
One of our signature blends that’s been with us since the beginning, Holler Mountain is a hometown favorite.
A full-bodied blend, Holler Mountain doses out a bright burst of citrus that pairs perfectly with creamy notes of caramel and hazelnut. A cup of Holler combines chocolatey Latin American textures with the brightness of fine East African beans.

If I literally had any other coffee in the house I would have sent this back. Sadly when this arrived it was all I had to use so I used it against better judgment.
It was a huge mistake. It tastes terrible compared to the fresh stuff. I cannot believe that Amazon sold me coffee that was literally almost an entire year past its best by date. I am pretty unhappy about it and probably wont buy any grocery from them again if at all avoidable. How they could think this is acceptable I don't know. Shame, because this is really good quality coffee from a good company when fresh.

I am fairly certain that this coffee's best used by date is March of 18. Its a little hard to read but I am also pretty sure that Stumptown does not date their coffee several months out from when they roast given that espresso blends are best consumed within 3 weeks of roasting and this is pretty much universally known in coffee. Also I have flat out asked their customer service person Melanie how long they recommend for their coffee to be consumed after roasting and they say no more than a month. So I am pretty sure that is an 18 not a 19 given that I ordered this in JAN of 19.By Shots on February 2, 2019
