Wonderful! I use them for kayaking. Water splashing briefly higher than the top did not come into the sock. When I finished kayaking, I waded into much deeper water just to see what would happen and water did come in as expected. They are holding up well - however I hand wash them as I don’t want to ruin expensive socks. I wear in the middle of size range for small with kind of wide foot and small fits perfectly. They are thick, but not as thick as I expected from peoples descriptions. I had some extra room in my water shoes so these fit great with those shoes. I’ve just ordered a knee-high pair. So, we’ll see how those do.

These socks are awesome! I am a land surveyor and yesterday I had to trek down a creek and wore these under my rubber boots. The creek was a little deep at times and water came in at the top of my boots. My feet felt wet (water was sloshing around inside my boot) but later when I took my boots and socks off, my feet were completely dry. Highly reccomend and in fact I am going to order more!
These things are awesome! I'd buy them 100 times over again. Just wear a pair of light weight Smartwools under them to fend off sweat. I walk through rivers when hiking. They're excellent.

I told them I would sell them myself because I needed to wear them I was pressed on time as far as sending them back.
