Ashley Rose is the creative force behind Sugar & Cloth, a DIY lifestyle blog based in Houston, TX. After a stint in art school, Ashley moved across the country and began blogging to share her creative endeavors with friends and family back home.

I usually by large sized dishes in blacks, whites, and bold colors (or eclectic antique stuff) but I couldn't help myself this set is too so darn cute! It seriously makes me question if I'm playing "kitchen" with some super rich kids who's mom is some amazinginteriordesigneror something as this is certainly no Fischer price play kitchen set! It is so chic in this whimsical, almost fairytale way! I wish this company made standard size dishes in this colorway!

Very cute, use the smaller one for serving bread. They are not equipped to "serve" food as they are flat trays and anything placed on top will fall off. But would be perfect for charcuterie, or placing other bowls on top. Fairly heavy too and so far well made, have not noticed any issues cleaning.

The thickness of the melamine is really nice. It feels very sturdy. I also like the matte finish. The colors are great too. As a product designer I approve. This price is pretty great as well. To be honest I don’t know how they can afford production on this item. The packaging is simple and cute. I could see this as a fun little housewarming gift. Lol. I love it.

OMG. I loved this melmac dish set SO MUCH that I literally turned around and bought it for a friend's birthday gift the very day that my package arrived in the mail. This Sugar and Cloth set is so wonderful. Love the matte finish, rather than the typical shiny plastic melamine. Dishes are heavy quality almost feel like ceramic. Nice job Ashley. Follow her blog Sugar and Cloth. I like it use these when going to an event. I do not worry if the dish is dropped. These are dishwasher safe —no microwave. I love them. Your guests will look twice to try and figure out what they are holding. Nice feel to the hand. Design appeal to the eye.
