About the Author

Jettie Woodruff resides in Ohio, but she's not sure why. She hates winter and it's right around the corner. Time to go south. People say Jettie has her own genre, a mixture of love, sex, family, mystery, and comedy. She also has a half a dozen stories started, all waiting to be told. The one that makes it to thirty-thousand first is usually the one that gets published next. Some of her favorite things are, first and foremost her family, reading, writing, bike riding, hiking, BOOK SIGNINGS, my friends, and life!

HOLY WOW! Suit by Jettie Woodruff has my heart pounding and I finished over an hour ago! This is, in my opinion, her best work to date! I must say I'm a huge fan and loved Black Rain/Midnight Rain, but she has outdone herself with this story. I could NOT put my Kindle down! At all! From the very first page I was hooked and as it does have a cliffhanger of an ending, I am on the edge of my seat waiting for more! (That's a good thing, by the way!)

This story is one big mindfuck and I say that in the best way possible. I'm not going to get into the plot at all, the less you know going in, the better the experience will be. I knew nothing when I started, and the twists and turns just kept getting better and better. Pretty early on I thought I had things all figured out. Then I developed a second theory and couldn't wait to see if either one was correct. I won't say, but I will just say this: things aren't always what they seem to be. And even if you think you've got it all figured out, you might want to guess again.

But let's move on to what made this such a great read for me. First, there was of course the addictive plot, that goes without saying. I just didn't want to stop reading because I had to keep going, had to know what was going to happen next. This was also because I instantly felt connected to the characters. Which leads me to my next point, the amazing character development. Jettie Woodruff has a true gift when it comes to her writing, particularly when she includes children as main characters. Her ability to write children's dialogue and banter is uncanny. I felt this way when I read Black Rain and was thrilled to experience her talent again with Suit. I could have read an entire book of nothing but the fun and amusing antics of Rowan and Ophelia.

SO Jettie has seriously messed me up with this book! But in a good way. She took my mind and did a complete overhaul with it right from the start and didn't stop until the end where she left me with my mouth open saying there has got to be more pages because she can't just end it this way! But she did!! I seriously loved Suit. From the very first of the book, you really have no idea where Jettie is going to take you. Gabby has no idea who she is or who anyone for that fact is. And as a reader, you're learning everything just like she is. From the very first chapter you will have so many questions and just when you think you might know something or have it figured it out, Jettie will throw all that away and make you start over by blowing any theory out of the water. Paxton, oh Paxton. He's cruel, arrogant and just flat out mean sometimes but yet you still want to find some nice quality in him and wonder how he can treat Gabby this way. How can a man be so mean but yet get you so hot that you want to overlook that in him?? Jettie just knows how to twist your mind that way and when it's all said and done, wonder how the heck she does it! And Gabby. She's so confused, just like we are. Everyone keeps telling her she's not the same Gabby as before but she feels how she is acting is right. She has dreams but no one seems to know about her past before her and Paxton got together. Then Paxton is so mean yet her body reacts to him and she just doesn't understand. Now to wait for the next book and the answers I so need to this one.

If there was ever an author that reinvented herself with each book it's Jettie Woodruff. She has a way of making us fall for the "bad" guys in a way no one else could. Even when you hate them, you love them, and you will hate Paxton. Or maybe you won't.
With Suit we are introduced to Gabby and Paxton. From the outside, the seemingly perfect couple, with two perfect children. Everything about them just seems so....perfect. Right down to their gated community. But what appears to be Nirvana is actually more like Wisteria Lane, not everything is as it seems.
There were several times reading this book I had no idea where Jettie was going to go. Just as you think things are going to go one way, she takes you in a totally different direction. You are right there with Gabby trying to figure out what's what and who's who. You really begin to empathize with Gabby as she tries to piece her life back together. And don't think you have all the answers, you don't. It's so full of twists and turns it even has it's own support group. That is the mark of a fantastic book. It is, quite simply, one of the most mind bending, whatthehelldidI just read books I have ever read. Brilliant job Jettie!

I don't even know what to say or where to start..The story is that good!!!!
Normal people start from the beginning..well I am not so I start from the end..
I wanted to physically hurt someone..sooo bad..that's the first though..
The second was WHY???? I can't wait until Slut cause man I need to know what happens..The third thought was.. how could you Paxton?!
I am all over the place!!!!
First page of the book and I knew I was in for a ride..and what a ride..I didn't know up from down most of the time, it's a guessing game I knew I would loose but hey..that's part of the fun!
Gabriella wakes up from an accident not knowing who she is..And I mean nothing..random thoughts come to mind but that’s all..and this man, Paxton Pierce say he is her husband and they have kids..
She is supposed to live a life of someone else cause she doesn’t remember anything about it and she is supposed to do it well with people and in a place she doesn’t know.
How would Gabriella know who is a friend and who isn't? Is her marriage good? Is her place in the family something she knows how to fulfill or will all fall apart?
I am telling you..You will second guess yourself along with Gabriella and nothing will be revealed until the very end..
Brilliant!
