Skin wash, and as identified and prescribed for cleansing wash treatment by your primary care doctor and dermatologist.

Ingredients

Sulfur Soap - Active ingredient 10% sulfur. Inactive ingredients: Saponified Palm and Palm Kernel Oils, Glycerin, Laonlin, Cocamide DEA, Ethanol. Titanium Dioxide, Salicylic Acid.

Directions

Ideally, activate soap cleansing bar by soaking the bar in warm water for at least 20 seconds, prior to working up lather with your hands or directly upon body skin areas. Keep out of eyes. External use only.

I have only been using this for 3 days. Already such a big difference. I am a horrible picker of my skin but with this there's nothing on my skin to pick. Never in my life of bad skin and so many prescriptions oral and topical have never gotten the results like I have with this. THREE DAYS. AMAZING
Update.... it can be very drying. I needed to back off of it. I'm only using it 3 times a week. That seems to be better for me.

The Only Acne Treatment for Me!

I want to start this by saying I don't leave a lot of reviews (I should because I rely on them!) but I have given this soap time to work. I'm 28 and suffer with adult cystic acne. It is painful to say the least and I came across this soap by accident and took the chance- I had nothing to lose and my face couldn't get much worse, if it didn't work.
Attached is a picture of my face the day I got the soap in the mail and a picture this morning - just a week shy of an entire months use. Massive difference. I still have a long way to go, but I'm feeling so much better! I also bought & have been using vitamin c moisturizer by fox rim.
I use it after my shower.

Works on my rosacea

I have rosacea and with it I get non-acne bumps. The soap my dermatologist told me to use made everything worse. I decided to try this soap. It has been controlling my rosacea for 3 years. Is my skin perfect? No...but much better. It does dry my skin slightly so I moisturize after using. The bar lasts a long time and is simple to use. Does it smell? Only a little. It doesn't bother me especially when the result is smoother skin and less redness.

As I near 40, the facial acne of my youth has returned (just what I want as I head into middle age, right?) along with a new friend, back acne. I had started using an expensive skin care line for my face and it was working but nothing was working on the back acne. I went to a dermatologist who prescribed some special cleansing cloths, no result. I tried black soap, tea tree oil wash, and antibacterial soaps with no noticeable results.
This soap has made such a difference!!!! My back has cleared up so much!! I noticed results within a week or two of using the soap every day when I shower. And there is no smell to the soap unlike some sulfur products. I am so happy I found this product!!
I will say that at first, I was using this on my face also and for me, it was too harsh for my face and neck. At first I thought it was great for my face too but I got some red, irritated dry splotches on my face around my mouth and chin and I felt a slight burning sensation. My facial acne, while unfortunately present, is relatively mild though. If you have moderate to severe facial acne, this might be a good soap to try.

It really works. We had several kinds of mites we were dealing with from our chickens. It was crazy. We tried everything imaginable. Nothing would help. Id hold my cell phone and they would start crawling on the phone screen bc there were so many on us. Tried essential oils and diamatacious earth and organic pecticide sprays and then we found this and it finally solved a major problem for us. No more mites. No more itching.

I waited to write this review to see if this soap really worked to get rid of scabies. This soap was literally a God send because I prayed countless times to God to help me be healed of scabies. I suffered with scabies for almost a year. My whole household got them from a close relative that stayed with us. At first we thought we were all itchy because I changed laundry soap, but when I went back to our normal soap the itching didn't stop. Then my son's hand broke out with looked like pimples all over his hands. A trip to the doctors and we found out we had scabies. We all did the Permethrin cream twice as directed. It worked for the rest of my family but not for me. I ended up going to my doctor several times and did several rounds of treatments of the Permethrin creams. I would feel better for a couple of days, but then the itching would come back and within two weeks I would have track marks all over me again. Finally I ended up going to a dermatologist and they did scrapings of my skin but did not see any scabies. They said I probably had a post reaction to the cream. So they had me wait a month and then come back. When I went back I was even worse than before so they had me do the cream again. I went back a month later and still was not cured. At this point the doctor said he would not treat me again for scabies unless he actually saw them from a scraping. I have read that even when you have scabies a lot of times they are not seen when a scraping is done! I felt like there was no hope from my doctors which is really disappointing to me since I work in the healthcare industry. I started researching natural ways to get rid of scabies. I did try tea tree oil and it helped take the itch away but it for a couple hours, but it smelled terrible. I saw on a forum I read that some lady used this soap and was cured of scabies after a couple of months. She said to be patient with it because it kills the adult scabies but not the eggs so you have to keep using it for it to work. I also bought Scabisil Topical 10% Sulfur Ointment with the soap. I would take a shower and lather the soap on and leave it on my skin and just pat dry. Then I used the Scabisil on the sores and lathered it on real thick. It is the consistency of frosting. I got immediate relief from the itching with these two products. It is exactly 1 month from the day that I ordered this and I am happy to say I have not had a new track mark in a week. I have just two spots left now on my stomach that haven't healed completely, but they are just about healed. I am still using the soap but now I rinse it off instead of leaving it on. I highly recommend this if you are battling scabies. Just be patient with it. I spent literally thousands of dollars going to the doctor and buying the prescription creams and tea tree oil, when I could have just spent $20 bucks on this soap and the Scabisil. I hope this review helps someone else. I know how miserable life can be with scabies.
