I have NOT read Eric Ries's book cover to cover - only very small portions of it. I thought this book might be a nice summary, but even with my background I found the book a little to thin. I get there is a balance between detail and brevity, but I'm glad I know what I know about LS because otherwise I would have really been scratching my head. Some of the quote and passages taken from Eric's book need the additional context in order to be truly valuable on the "you can apply this on Monday morning" level. Otherwise they are just platitudes and bullet point ideas lacking a real roadmap to implementation.
I'll read Eric's book and perhaps this will be a nice reference or a memory jogger, but as an intro to LS, I'd skip it.
