Featuring the bounty of the summer garden and Farmer's Market, you'll find a variety of unusual but sure to please recipes, many accompanied by a glorious full-color photograph of the finished dish. (Luckily, my local market has cherries on sale today, so Jennifer's Cornmeal Pancakes with Sweet Cherry Syrup are topping my brunch menu tomorrow.)

The book features an interactive table of contents which lists each recipe. You'll find a nice selection of interesting summer drinks and a special section of recipes designed Just For Kids - real food like Coconut Chicken Tenders with Coconut Mango Dipping Sauce or Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream Sandwiches, not some variation on hot dogs or candlestick salad.

SummerThyme Recipes are simple, yet sophisticated. I had several guest come over and I tried several of the recipes and the event was a hit! The recipes call for items that are simple to find and many of the items I already had in my pantry. ALL of the items I prepared were amazing!!! I totally LOVE this recipe book! Great job Jennifer!!!
