I purchased two 5-piece sets of the Sumnacon 1 meter long test leads, both sets having banana plugs on one end, but one 5-piece set being with the wire hook test lead ends on the other end, and the other 5-piece set having alligator clips. (Both types shown in pics)The leads meet my needs fine and appear to be very decent quality, with silicone wires, and the wire hooks ends and their retractable spring action works smoothly and fine.Very satisfied with both purchases.

These leads are a little better than I expected. They aren't professional grade, but the wire and insulation are a little sturdier than other inexpensive leads I have purchased. The DC resistance is only a few tenths of an ohm, and measured consistently for the leads that I tested.
Of course, I don't know how they'll hold up to wear, but that's their status right out of the box.
I'm using them as the test leads for a BK Precision 520B transistor checker, and the DC resistance isn't totally important, as it's mainly used to test for high impedance leakage between electrodes. I purchased this set because it has green, yellow, and blue leads that match the originals.

I like these despite the price - they are worth it. The wires are very flexible (but this is not silicone and will not withstand soldering iron touch) and the copper size suitable to ~10A. Interestingly, the conductors are welded to banana plug inside molding - unexpected bonus feature.

I love these little connectors, I like them much better than alligator clips for most situations, although if you suddenly need alligator clips, these have a through output so that you can plug alligator clips into them, essentially giving you 4 leads at once, very nice feature that I didn't even notice at first. They don't feel too cheap in my opinion, and I've been using them quite a bit lately and they've held up just fine. The spring is pretty strong and if you're hooking up to the end of a wire, it'll pretty much suck it up inside preventing any shorts from occurring. Really glad I got these along with my power supply as you can hook up to some pretty tiny connectors. If I had to choose between these and the alligator clips that came with my bench power supply, I'd take these any day. Can't go wrong with 'em!

I have recently acquired and restored an antique Sencore transistor tester and I like it a lot. However, it did not come with its original test probes. The Sumnacon test leads set is a perfect substitute for the OEM set. The banana plugs are compatible with Sencore tester while the mini-grabbers are used to contact transistor leads for in-circuit and out-of-circuit testing. The material and build quality of leads is good. I hope that this set will work for many years.

So watch while connecting to a supply that the ends don’t touch anything that you don’t want energized. Personally not a deal breaker but for the price, they should have nestled nicely in their sleeves. Also, would it have killed them to have made it three pairs! 5….really!
