I'm always looking for ways to improve my snack habit. How can I satisfy my craving with the most amount of crunch and the least amount of damage? I once read that a nutritionist told a client to eat carrots whenever she wanted to snack, and she'd lose weight and hit her nutrition goals. Ummm...you're fired. No sane person is going to rely on carrots alone to get them through the snack attacks!

These chips will definitely satisfy your crunchy/salty craving. But if I'm going to eat 140 calories worth of something (which is what one serving of these chips provide), I want it to taste GOOD. Something about these chips leaves me wanting more. There's nothing inherently wrong with them, I just want more flavor. These chips taste very benign - not too this way or that way, just somewhere in the agreeable middle. But I want my chip snacking to feel worth it - to offer the most bang for the buck. Unfortunately, this might not be it. If you love the Sun Chips line, I'd go for the French Onion flavor - very similar nutritional content for a much better taste.

Some stats about the package:
- It arrived a little man-handled. If I were shopping for this item at the store, I'd probably chose the one behind this bag.
- That being said, the chips weren't too crushed.
- Expiration date: November 3, 2015

All my guys love all the flavors. Sometimes I can't find all the flavors in our closest grocery store which is only a couple miles away but I don't really wanna go a half hour away just for chips. When I saw these on here for a good price and free shipping I thought oh yeah (in koolaid man's voice). So I know I'll be getting them here a lot.

Out of every flavor of SunChip I've tried, including the weird cheese puffs, the Garden Salsa is by far my favorite. It's not spicy, but it has a bit of a bite to it - everyone I've given some to has also loved it.

As someone who hates salsa, if you haven't given this flavor a try, please do yourself a favor and try it out!

Sunchips taste so good, and a lot better for you than other chips! My boyfriend loves them, and I usually can't get him to choose anything "healthy." They are 100% whole grain, so I do not feel wrong about giving them to my kids. They seem to have a lot of sodium for one serving, but you can't beat the value for this price! They were shipped to me in my Prime box and seemed to have gotten crushed along the way, so that is why I am giving four stars.
