I installed it and it does cover the entire top of the seat. Unfortunately, because the padding of the fitdesk V3.0 seat is so thick, the cover does not reach the bottom. I haven't had it slip off yet, but I can foresee that happening at some point in the future
The padding on the cover seems adequate, but it still does not offer enough support during 1+ hour riding sessions on the fitdesk.
All in all this is a decent seat cover, although it doesn't fit nearly as well as I would like and doesn't provide enough cushion for longer sessions.
It fit on very easily--and that was more worrisome for me because I had to modify my bike seat in order to be able to ride a 26" bike that is just a bit too big for me. I had to remove all the hardware from the bottom of it. However, I was able to attach this with ease. You put it on by hooking the cover part that is at the narrow part of the seat, and then you spread it over the wide part. There is a drawstring that tightens it and that you can tie.
The seat cover is pretty good. It looks nothing like the product image (the one I received doesn't have the logo on the top). It does not have foam, as advertised, but instead has a silicone pad inside and appears to be quite springy. A good buy for a bike with a wide seat.
Checking over many different options, this cover offered the best method to make it comfortable at a reasonable price.
It made the seat go from a comfort level of 1 to a comfort level of 7.
I'm certain that I could have gotten a more comfortable one then this but not at this price point. For the amount of time I need to sit and use this bike, it made all the difference in the world and kept things within a reasonable amount for my budget.
This seat was about $ 20. I could have purchased one for $ 50. For most folks, the Sunlite should be fine.
