Product description
No film with more durability
There are quite a lot of issues with the standard laser decal paper. Even if the film is transparent the edges show and tends to look like a sticker. With this product, you don't have to worry about that because you can remove the final film, leaving only the image left on the surface. Curing in the oven completely transfer the ink from the film to the substrate. The substrate is then fired second time to enhance durability. The two step heat application gives the film-free much better durability than any other decal papers.
Firing process
This is the recommended temperature range for curing process.
First firing (prior to removing the film): 160-210F in the oven for 10 to 30 minutes
Second firing (after removing the film): 400-500F in the oven for 10 to 30 minutes
We suggest running a few tests to find the most optimal values that work the best for you.
Do not restrict yourself to ovens. If your products are not suitable for ovens, use a hair dryer or a heat gun.
If the substrate cannot be heated at all, use Multi-Use, which does not require curing.
Also, make sure to calibrate your oven temperature so that it gives out accurate readings.
