I ran across this line of SPF after looking for a new face moisturizer with SPF and initially I thought $26 for sunscreen seemed crazy. But after reading about the differences of the normal sunscreen and mineral, the fact that it instantly provides SPF coverage rather than waiting the normal 20-30 minutes, I thought would be helpful since I'm not great about applying before heading out to the pool. In addition, all the other aerosol brands leave a film on my skin that is terrible to wash off so I stopped using them several years ago. I had switched to Kiss My Face Brand and while it works really well, I did miss a nice summer smell and the fact that I love Pina Colada's, I thought I would give it a shot. When a staycation last weekend at a resort pool gave me a reason to splurge I bought the bottle.
The stuff is great! It does smell like pina colada and while it does still have the alcohol smell when spraying, it smells good and I found myself reapplying! Something that I'm not great about either! If this is what it takes for me to reapply sunscreen so I can enjoy summertime a bit more safer and still smell good, the price tag is worth it!
