The products purchased from here are inferior knockoffs. I received a couple of packages from my dentist and they worked great! Loved them.
Then when that supply was depleted, I ordered them from Amazon. When I started to use them, I found the wires didn't break off after considerable use, they actually gradually pulled out of the handle. I rarely got through all my teeth before it was unusable. Very different from the original.
So.... I contacted the Company, included a description of what was happening and pictures of the product and the packaging. A nice representative gave me a call and told me they were counterfeit. He said the only sure way to know they are real is from samples supplied to the dentist and ordering them directly from the company.
Don't waste you money on these. They are cheap, flimsy, and you will go through them much more quickly than the originals.
You've been warned......

The wire in the micro-tight is just too fragile and bendable. I love the other "GUM sizes", but this is a "no go". Buy the Pikster size 0 grey, it is the same size with a much stiffer wire, and cheaper if you buy the 40 pack.

I bought some of the Micro-tight brushes after my dentist gave me one of the Ultra-tight brushes - the Ultra was a little too thick for the tightest gaps in my teeth. The Micro-tight did a better job - but they are, by necessity, very thin - and very easy to bend - and once they have bent, they will bend again...

If these were priced like the GUM Soft-picks, these might be worth it. But the new GUM Advanced Soft-Picks seem to be stronger, and perhaps thinner, than the old ones - I'll stick with them for now.

Before you order, make sure you know which size you need. The sizes are color coded. I first ordered one that was too narrow and found I needed the Yellow one which suited my purposes better. You may want to check with your dentist to see which size you should get. I have used this product with much success. If you bend the brush to a right angle (as my dentist recommended), it is easier to remove debris. It is amazing how much debris is missed with just dental tape. This gives a much more complete cleaning. Of course, I still brush my teeth with tooth paste after using dental tape and the GUM proxabrush.

My dental hygienist suggested these and I am so glad she did. They are very easy to use, gentle on your gums and much easier than using a string of dental floss.

I admit I was bad about adding floss to my regular routine like you’re supposed to but, now I use these little guys all the time and can actually see a difference in my gums.

If you are thinking of trying these out, they come in a few different sizes so, definitely make sure you look closely to your teeth/ gums and buy the correct size for you. You may just need one size for your whole mouth or add a second size for the teeth with a larger space between.

Between-the-teeth hygiene is so important and what better way is there to do it than with a brush, just as we use for the sides and top of our teeth? It's good that these things come in several sizes so that you can get one that fits between most of your teeth. I use the same one for two weeks then discard, as Gum recommends. I also use the Gum Soft Pick which was also recommended by the hygienist and can go between all of my teeth and clean from BEHIND as well.
