I first bought this at a health food store. When I went back for a second bottle, they were sold out. The other silver products that they had in stock contained less parts per million of the silver. This Sunwarrior one was by far a better value. It was obvious why this one was gone with others in stock. I'm glad that I found it here on Amazon. I've bought 6 bottles so far for myself and others.
I take a teaspoon almost every morning for general health.
I also use it when I first feel a cold or flu coming. It has prevented me from getting the full-blown illness. I usually would take it 2 or 3 times in the day. However, I think following the instructions on the bottle would give even better, faster results. It says that at the first sign of symptoms, take 1/2 teaspoon every 30 minutes. It doesn't say how long to do that, however. I suppose that it's up to the person taking it as to how long that should be done. I would think for a few hours. I now have one bottle at work so that I can do this during the day, if needed.
It is also helpful for pain. One theory is that pain is an interruption in the electrical current in the body. The silver bridges the gap. Someone has had terrible pain from shingles and herpetic neuralgia, which sometimes happens after shingles. Taking this has helped him tremendously in reducing the pain.
Some people use it for more serious conditions, such as cancer, etc. If you do some research on the internet about the medical uses of silver, you will see that it goes way back, over a hundred years ago. Just make sure that you're using a quality product and following instructions. It's very safe if used correctly.
