About the Author
Dr. Simon Mills is a versatile and passionate writer. In addition he is also a skilled and successful entrepreneur with over thirty years of business experience. Born in Perth Western Australia in 1967 he studied at the Conservatorium of Music in New South Wales and went on to become a piano tuner - restorer, tour with many successful rock bands and to co-host a radio show called Friday Live which became nationally syndicated. In 2005, with several successful startups completed, Simon moved from Australia to New York City with his wife and three children. Simon grew LMG digitalMedia in the US to attract customers as significant as Hyatt, AIG, BBDO, CBS,Starbucks, Pepsi, The Economist and many more. Co-author Jaquy Yngvason is a certified intuitive transformation + wellness coach, integrative nutritionist, trained plant based chef and master energy practitioner specializing in autoimmune disorders, digestive issues and addictive eating habits. She has made it her mission to support people from all walks of life teaching them how to turn their wounds into wisdom, see the lesson and the blessing in every scenario, and turn their pain to power–one conscious bite at a time. Growing up with misdiagnosed illnesses, suffering from depression, she turned to food and a holistic approach to heal herself from a long term eating disorder, bouts of cancer and the damage done from undiagnosed Celiac disease.
