1. The book waxed prosaic on several topics first, before ever getting to Superbrain yoga.
2. The book included a “prayer” during the superbrain yoga set, unnecessary for the actions.
3. The way the book was written, from writing style to outline to use of language, cast doubt in my mind upon the validity of the author’s identity. I offer the following speculation:
A) The “author” is quoted in this book, cited from a different work. Not unusual for an author to quote themselves. In older generations, authors might even quote themselves in 3rd person impassive. However, the way this book handles the Author’s name is as if they quote someone else entirely, as if they discovered the information, not wrote if themselves.
B) The tone of this book is a western author quoting someone else, then trying to capitalize on the work of the other person by assuming their name. I daresay this “author” even sounds female.

SuperBrain Yoga book is filled with valuable tips that will quicken any person`s progress.
