The COOLEST part of the book is the back where you get the Handy List for Shopping for the 101 Best Superfoods. I hate shopping but I REALLY hate grocery shopping. I can never find what I want and now that I will be loaded with a list of foods I have not bought much of in the past this shopping list helps a lot because it enables me to highlight what I need, organized by grocery section, and just go down my list - YES I will take my Kindle to the grocery store tonight! - and I'll fill my basket efficiently! Highly recommended!
However, if you are taking people's money, however little, make sure you do it respectfully.
The book is nothing but a long list of superfoods, yes, something you can find via a simple search online, the author didn't really go the extra mile (or foot) to give you some added value.
It's only a dollar so it's not like you're really going to miss it, but I don't know, donate it to charity if you're really into throwing away money.
And to the author, I'm sorry, but this is not a product worth of people's money.
I gave it 2 stars because it does contain information (however useless)
There are 3 lines for each "superfood" and most of the time 2 of those three lines are unnecessary blabling.
The reason why I give this 1 Star is because this book is called "Superfoods" yet it simply lists a bunch of "Normal / Common foods."
For the same price you can buy real books, with real information and not just pages and pages of big fonts with images and water and lettuce as the title.
* If you have any knowledge about superfoods, diet and healthy living, this book isn't for you.
* If you have been eating Burger King and/or MacDonalds your entire live without even looking away from that, then this is your book. This is a good place to start but keep in mind that this has nothing to do with superfoods, just plain old, common, regular food.
I feel sorry to give this book 1 Star. A more accurate rating would be 0 Star or -5 Stars.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

A good read that list the super foods you should eat and give a brief description as to why you should incorporate them in your diet plan. The book is short and to the point.Published 4 months ago by dmof10
