"Julie Montagu's Superfoods Superfast brings 100 appetite-whetting recipes to the table, with a spotlight on superfoods in all their nutritional glory." - Clean Eating magazine
About the Author
Julie Montagu is a yoga and nutrition teacher at one of London's top studios, star of recent Bravo show Ladies of London, and brains behind online nutrition course the Flexi Foodie Academy. Married with four children, she is surely one of only very few people whose natural body clock and zest for life habitually propells her out of bed after just six hours of sleep. This is her second book.

I own a few other cookbooks that feature superfoods, but what makes this one unique is that the superfoods Montagu features are everyday items like nuts, greens, seeds, quinoa, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc. Featuring these foods means that making the recipes in this book doesn't have to cost a lot.
For each chapter, Montagu has a preface page that lists the superfoods she'll be featuring in that chapter. For instance, in the "Super Sweets" chapter, there is a preface page that shows almonds, oats, dates, coconut oil, and coconut sugar. After that, you'll find the recipes themselves for that section.
A few of the recipes have taken me longer than twenty minutes, but that's mostly because I'm slow with chopping veggies, and my oven can sometimes take awhile to heat up. Overall, though, her recipes do come together quickly, and it's worth it to buy high-quality ingredients since most of the recipes rely on a small list of them.
I really like this book, and will be looking to buy the others that she has put out.
