My girl wanted me to order this for her cause her left upper lip area is cracked and red, and her lip lines very pronounced. Been taking for several days, and her lip area is healing. It's also good for cold sores, heart health, mood, and fat burning. I read that it can even help with hair growth.She knows her body, and said that her body must be deficient in something for her to break out, and remembered that her friend (he had cold sores) recommended L-lysine, and it worked for him.Very easy to swallow cause it's coated, lightweight, and nice size to swallow down.
