I was low on B12 so my Dr told me I need to take 100mcg/day so I went to my local pharmacy and this brand was recommend to me because it absorbs quickly & lasts longer than pills you swallow. Just stink it under your tongue and it melts away in no time. I like the way it tastes and now that I’ve been taking these for a few months my doctor retested me, and my blood work came back showing my B12 levels were back to normal and I have so much more energy throughout the day for the first time in a while. Keep in mind though, it takes at least a few days to a week or so to fully activate so don’t expect to take it and once or twice and notice a major difference right away. Also, make sure to eat a healthy diet, get some exercise and a good night’s sleep everyday for the full effects & benefits of this product and live a healthy lifestyle.
