I have never posted a review before. For YOUR health and safety, I feel the need to share my experience I had with this product.
I ordered this product last week, (Jan 8th), I received it on Sunday, Jan, 10th. It arrived in great packaging, the seal on the bottle was professionally sealed. I was excited to start on the product. Monday morning, January 11th, I unsealed the bottle, pushed the cotton inside the bottle to the side (on the inside of the bottle), and shook two supplements in my hand, took them w/a glass of water. Later on, that day, I started feeling a little nauseated, I pushed through it. The next morning, I felt a little queasy and discomfort in my chest. Not clear if this product was the issue, I proceeded to take the supplement again on Tues, Jan 12th, same effect. Knowing that I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients, I couldn’t figure out why I was feeling queasy. Wed, Jan, 13th, when I shook the bottle trying to shake the supplements in my hand, it became difficult like something was stuck in there. Thinking it was the cotton, I pulled the cotton out of the bottle, and guess what...I was in shock! To my surprise, there was a foreign object which look like some type of used paper cloth stuffed inside the bottle! My mind started racing, I thought to myself, “is this why I’m feeling sick”? I immediately thought of the effect of cross-contamination which can be very harmful to the body! How did this object get sealed inside of this bottle that was perfectly sealed? The thought of possibly infectious waste could be inside this bottle raised concern. I wasn't sure if the person that put this used paper cloth inside of the bottle was coming from the bathroom without washing their hands, or just blew their nose, or just downright being vindictive attempting to cause harm to someone else. I have no idea, but what I do know is that I have a rash breakout around my mouth. Whatever the case, this is totally UNACCEPTABLE and should NEVER have happened. This cloth object as you can see from the pictures was actually STUCK to the supplements, which appeared to be wet when it was put inside the bottle. Not only was it very nasty looking on the outside, it looked just the same on the inside of the bottle. Downright disgraceful! I realized this is probably why I have been feeling nauseated and the breakout around my mouth. It is clearly cross-contamination! Here we are in the middle of a pandemic and you find a foreign object inside of a perfectly sealed bottle with the supplements stuck to what appears to be a used paper cloth.
Given the strain that Covid-19 has placed on the health system worldwide, my reason for purchasing this product was to assist me in my journey of staying healthy and out of the doctor’s office, not in it.
Needless to say, due to health and safety reasons, the Seller of this product should be banned from selling this product on AMAZON. They need to re-assess their Quality Control Department.
When making a purchase of this product, you should be mindful, considering I had a bad experience with this product, you should ask yourself, “would this product be safe for you and your family”?
I have notified AMAZON, the Seller, and my attorney, it makes you wonder what else was put in that bottle of Immune Defense and what overall prolonged effect will it have on my health. SMH.
