I dip into and out of this resource as questions come up about various legal situations come up in the news. I have a couple more books about major Supreme Court decisions, but this one includes opinions by the various justices, which makes it more enlightening than similar books. Always great to be reminded that the Constitution is one document with many interpretations over the years.

This book is just what I was looking for! It does leave you with wanting more about each of these cases, but provides a succinct look at the work of the Supreme Court as the ultimate arbiter in the knottiest of our dilemmas as a country. Especially today, when Congress, The Presidency and the Supreme Court are being tested in major ways,it is a recognition of the need for good minds held, hopefully, above the fray, to wrestle for "justice for all".
